Billing Services

HomeTown Pharmacy LTC’s billing department is located within the pharmacy. All billing questions receive prompt attention and are resolved at the same location.  HomeTown Pharmacy LTC is contracted with most third party prescription plans, including all Medicare D plans, as well as Medicaid. Our billing staff is available during regular business hours to answer facility, staff and family members’ questions and/or concerns.

Customer service representatives are available during “Family Nights” at your facility to answer questions and to assist in improving communications with families and residents.
